Tom was an eloquent and inspiring presenter who through his training laid the foundation of our program.  Time flew by during his workshop, and the information, along with corroborating videos, stuck like glue.  My colleagues and I were riveted and thusly compelled to finely tune the skills he gave us. He followed-up his talks with visits to our classrooms and this helped us immensely with regard to putting the training into pragmatic practice.  I can’t emphasize enough the lasting impact Tom has had on our program: daily I continue to see it in the professionalism of my staff and in the great progress made by the children we serve.
