As a teacher and behaviour analyst, I can say without any reservation, that Tom Caffrey has had the most profound influence on my learning and teaching to date. Almost ten years ago I was fortunate enough to attend a workshop conducted by Tom. At a time when I was very new to working with children with autism, overwhelmed by difficulties presented to me in the classroom, and struggling with the career choices I had made, Tom’s ability to translate the science of Applied Behaviour Analysis through the use of powerful video had an extreme effect on my career.

Over the years I have attended as many of Toms workshops here in Ireland as possible. Tom’s training motivated me to learn more about ABA and to undertake a Masters and become accredited as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst. However, it is still the understanding and set of behavioural tools, which I gained from Tom’s presentations that I continue to apply in my classroom on a daily basis. These tools have made me a more effective teacher, thus directly having a positive influence on the lives of the children I work with. I recommend Tom’s DVD series with all of the staff I work with!
