“Our little boy Shane was diagnosed with Autism in October 2005. We were devastated with the diagnosis. Shane was non-vocal and difficult to manage….His aggressive and self-injurious behaviours were extremely challenging.

I attended a workshop conducted by Tom Caffrey in Galway in October 2006.  I will be forever grateful for the day I was fortunate enough to meet Tom and benefit from his training. It was the day that was to change our lives forever.

Fast forward to 2011 and after 6 years on the waiting list we got the call to say our place had become available in a school that specialised in ABA where Tom had trained the staff over a period of many years. To say this placement has changed our lives is an understatement….Shane is now is a very happy and content little boy and his speech has come on in leaps and bounds.

Tom Caffrey went over and above the call of duty to help my family and me when we were in desperate need of help. I will be forever indebted to him and those he trained for their kindness and support.”
